Well after reading the reviews on it, maybe its not what I thought. 6 out of 7 say its junk.

Interesting idea, But the reviews would have to get better for me to buy one. I will stick with my trusty minkota for now.

Pulling a nose around from the front is a lot easier than trying to push the nose from behind. Trying to navigate a very tight spot with the rear of the boat swinging wide is not the way to do it. Also performance must be affected with those things hanging off the motor. I suppose it would have a application but....

Did anyone pay attention to the current draw of a triple. That 2-24 amp number is for just one of the three motors. 72 amps requires lots of batteries (big ones). Those three motors would suck a pair of group 27 deep cycles dry in less than an hour.

I can see a lot of current draw because in the specs they are pushing some big boats. 6000 lbs for the double and 8000 lbs for the triple. As for performance issues, wouldn't they be out of the water as soon as the boat gets on plane?
