Does anyone know if the topside perfection (white) matches colorwise the bottom paints offered by Interlux?

No, it will not be an 'exact' match. It will be close enough for government work.

In other words a couple cans of Krylon will do the trick....

Clancy, Most copper-based antifouling bottom paints have a flat finish, and has a course texture due to its great thickness and density. It also comes in only a few colors, but you can usually blend colors from the same manufacturer, to come up with a custom color.

It will therefore be very hard to match top and bottom. There is a "Shark white" bottom paint, which blends pretty well with regular topside paint, of a matching color.

What about trying extra coats of the perfection on the bottom and doing a 3m type clear bra keel guard strip down the center (Cheaper and cleaner looking than keel-guard) .. This boat will be trailered home, soft water washed, waxed and stored indoors after every outing... Will fouling even be an issue or just beaching?

If the boat doesn't sit in the water that long then beaching it should be your only concern. Even though they are a little pricey the Keel Guard is a pretty decent product. Might be some food for thought if you do a lot of bow vs. sand thing.
