I have a 2 stroke 2004 200L Carb that i cannot get consistent spark. I have disconnected the yellow/black wire to disable the safety circuit. I still do not get spark. Strange thing is if I remove any one of the six spark plugs to ck for spark, the motor will start and run 98 percent of the time but not always. When it runs, I have spark and if it doesn’t run, I don’t have spark. If I put the plug back in, the motor will start and run maybe only 30 percent of the time. If it does start, after maybe 5 minutes, the motor will then not start. I either have spark to all 6 cylinders or I have no spark to any of the cylinders. Can anyone help?

You have weak voltage output from stator to CDM modules. 95% of the time this problem is ,dragging starter, solenoid not passing amps to starter, battery cable ground or weak CCA from battery. The removing of plug adds cranking RPM that why it starts.

Thks for input. The motor seems to turn over plenty fast enough. Wondering if it could b the ignition control module?
