Bend and tie knee, bore 1/2" hole into knee and cap. pour molten lead into hole,let cool. Untie knee and allow subject some alone time to ponder. Return , repeat with other Knee. Oh yeah, if you have a question, ask it before you start the proceedure again. If you get the info you need, proceed with the other knee, to verify of course.

Uniformed combatants of another country and yes, the Geneva Convention rules should apply.

Non-uniformed renegade combatants are spies and terrorists....there are no rules to apply.
