The local Goodyear store here stocks them, about $10 each.
I'd suspect any tire dealer would have them in stock.

i work at a car care shop and we do tires and have tubes an 8 " tube will obviously be cheaper than the 12" Just make sure your tire youre gonna tube will hold up you could be better off buying new tires.
