I am looking for a very very hard to find; and long since been discontinued ski tube from Intex Recreation Corp. called the "Joy Ride" It is a 56" ski tube. The tube itself is yellow; with the name
"Joy Ride" in big, bold, block-type lettering in the color dark blue going across the top and bottom of it. It also has 2 dark blue handles on the top of it as well as 2 air chambers; a saftey chambers and a main one. It also should have a turquoise/sea green color vinyl bottom cover with a drain in it. If anyone has one that maybe and possibly they would be wiilling to part with for the right price or if anyone out there at all may possibly know of where I might still fiind one out there wandering around somehwere; I would appreciate any info on that; that anyone can provide. Thanks in advance; Matt 8)

Just wondering why that particular one. 56 is a fairly common size and many match the construction elements you have specified. I have an old yellow red 56 from intex that is very similar. SO why that in particular. I could give you a scoop on some of the best tubes right now. Let me know if you want info8)

Re: Intex Ski tube?

Because I think the old intex tubes are better made; etc etc then a majority, if not all of the ones Ive seen around so far Also because I personally think the overall construction of the older intex tubes are just a bit tougher. Again this is just me and this is just one of the many; too many to mention reason that I am looking for this tube. So if anyone out there can point me in the right direction in reguards to being able to find this tube out there somewhere that again someone would be willing to part with for the right price; I would greatly appreciate it. 8)
