Little advice from a Father. Don't call home to dad and say listen to this dad while in the middle of a fire fight. It drives us nuts. My son use to do this to me all the time when he was in Baghdad. Stay safe and thanks, You and all the service men and women are in out priers.

My nephew had just completed 3 tours. One in Afghanistan and two in Iraq...be Safe

I have to agree and I have received many calls from friends and co-workers during those situations and I had not considered that.

Bond-o I am at Fort Drum in 2nd Brigade. The post looks far better than it did when I left here 2 years ago. When I left the PX was starting new construction on it.

I was in your brother's shoes. My brother spent a year there and expects to be going back.

Know that people at home care. We mostly have no idea what you go through but are willing to do what we can to help you. Just ask.
