How much does that 115 weigh? You'll probably want to put the battery and fuel tank up front to keep the balance and watch your payload.
My Westfield has an 80hp E-rude Speedyfour, it weighs 233lbs, only 3lbs more than the original 60hp, my transom has also been re-built stronger than the original balsa core, the HP is managable (with your right arm) but you can't do much about the weight.
