Just went to Ace Hardware's website and bought a couple 5/32" X 12" brass rod stock for $2.50. Free shipping to my nearest Ace Hardware store for pickup. I'm sure they'll have stainless steel rod stock in their hobby and craft metals as well. My kids are always breaking the shear pin when they run into rocks or logs. Now I'll have a lifetime supply. Going to pick up a couple stainless steel cotter pins when I go to pick it up.
