There have been boating accidents here in Alabama do to drinking and driving while on the water as I'm sure there have been many boating accidents else where in the US caused by the same issue. Last I know of you don't want to get caught here while drinking and driving a boat either, you might not ever get to apply for a vessel license again.

not if you use one of those beer can helmets strapped under your chin!
