the amp draw to be significant enough to draw down the voltage as seen on my volt meter when using the trim on my motor? The voltage drop is about 2+ volts. This is on a 2021 merc. 110 hp while underway. It did the same thing on the original 60 hp merc.
The wiring is as factory from '06.
If not normal, what is going on? No other electrical gremlins exist.

The trim motor does a hard job. that's why it's there to begin with.
The draw of 2 volts is not a thing to worry about as long as the engine alternator recharges the battery. Don't forget that the trim is only used for a few seconds at a time and not very often.
So no worries!

I agree, as long as your batteries are good the voltage drop is normal.
