is it ok to touch up new easypoxy paint job?

I just finished putting 3 coats of pettit easypoxy paint on my faded gelcoat and its looking amazing! I will post pics when all done.

Question is, in one or maybe two small spots it looks like the roller didn't quite roll on paint or something... there's a bare spot where the paint looks coughed up from sanding the previous coat. Is it safe to try and touch this up somehow without screwing up the surrounding paint? The vast majority of the hull looks great so I dont intend to fully recoat. Project was all roll and tip.

I touched up a new easypoxy paint job without any problems so far. It does seem to touch up much nicer than I thought it would.
