Last thing I read concerning Texas ports was that Governor Abbott was toying with the idea of inviting some of the container ships sitting idle in the Pacific rim to come to Texas to unload.

That would be a great idea except for the fact that most of the ships sitting around the port of LA waiting to be unloaded are too big to transit the Panama Canal.
