is my engine equipped with s.l.o.w or quick start

i'm trying to troubleshoot some problems and i'm trying to figure out if my engine has s.l.o.w or quickstart. my engine is a 1978 evinrude 140 model 843c. if anyone knows i'd really appreicate it.

I do not think those models had either system. A service manual would tell you for sure.
