Is my motor shot?

I have a 1985 115 tower of power. Here is my problem my stator went out on the lake,i got it back to the dock and loaded on the trailer. I changed the stator both switch boxs and rectafire.Fired it up water is pooring out of the exhaust
on the right exhaut port on the right side,is my motor shot?

Probably not. If it is pouring out the square hole just under the powerhead, that is pretty normal. Take a compression test. If all cylinders are 100+PSI and within 15% of each other, the motor is fine.

Compression is good on all cyclinders.The water has oil mixed with it.It won't idle in less i have it have thro.
the water never poored out like this before.
could there be a bad gasket?

Well, the exhaust is mixed with the cooling water, so oil is pretty expected. Are any of the spark plugs real clean, after running a bit? Any idea if it is firing on all six cylinders? Have you checked to make sure you have spark on all cylinders?
