Is Rigging included with new Verado 300L from factory?

I work at a new Mercury Marine dealership, and haven't sold an entire engine yet, my question is is there any kind of rigging included? or what else is packaged with the engine when ordered from Mercury? Any help would be appreciated.

Anyways, call your sales rep from the boat company who's product you also sell and ask him. Most "pre-rig's" hulls already have a Verado and it's associated hardware ready to go, other than the Super-duper battery that a Verado needs. That would include setting up the software for the DTS controls. .... If the boat was ordered with a 115 four stroke then none of that Verado hardware is there. Order another hull with Verado stuff, you'll find the motor usually already installed on a Verado package. Why are you asking the internet these questions???????//

I have to agree with that question. Your questions can be answered by your local rep.
As a new Merc dealer, you probably won't be allowed to order a Verado until some tech schools and special authorizations have been established.
As far as what comes with the engine, that depends on what you want. Too many different options to even think about.

Thats just outright scary, guess I will be buying Yamaha for my next new outboard.

Our dealership is Thompson Marine, in Hogansburg, NY and we opened on Aug.1st. I am not a mechanic, I order their parts, and work in their office. Someone asked me to find out what was included in the packaging from the factory and thought I could get a good answer here as I was a lil impatient to have to wait until Monday for an answer from someone at Merc.

question answered and it's no....I have to use Rigging Configurator on Mercnet.

CALL THE SALES REP FROM THE BOT COMPANY WHO'S BOATS YOU SELL.....
If anyone should know, he should!! Mercury knows what you would need for a re-power (as well as the rigging config on MecNet... )
You'll find that Mercury won't/may not let you sell/purchase a Verado unit if you have no Verado certified tech in house. Trust me, you'll need a a guy who knows how to do the simple stuff so the customer will be a happy camper. That's the point anyways! It's potential big dollar mistake if you screw up this engine......
