I have 1995 Chris Craft Concept 19 with a 5.0l engine. I have learned that this is actually an OMC rather than the Volvo Penta that is all over the engine and outdrive. Does anyone know where I can get the right manual for this engine and outdrive.

The outdrive says volvo penta cobra sx.

I am trying to find out all of the recommended maintenance.

This is my first boat and any advice is appreciated. Don already saved me money on my alternator. The alternator shop fixed it for 50 bucks rather that fork over the money for a new one.

I was reading the manual for the drive. My model number is not listed in the manual as one of the drives covered.

The tag on the side of the outdrive has the number 3868157 and 1.60 on it.

Is this the correct manual for my drive. How can I find the correct seal kit for this drive?

Can I pressure test this out drive while it is still on the boat. I know already that the shift seal is bad.

Dont think that any seals have ever been replaced.

The drive oil looked like coffee creamer.

Are there any other seals that frequently go bad.
