I am looking to buy a new boat. Is this boat Ok to buy, Its a 2008 and sems to be in good condition, Perfect for Kentucky waters. Oh the ad sais TLC needed and low hours. Should I buy it??

putting you 5th wheel or trailer on a pontoon boat is big here.
the barges are about 12-14 on the beam and 30+ feet long. Basicly its the bottom section of a house boat (no structure) aluminum pontoons, and wood deck with a dura deck style cover on it.
they dont call the Shuswap lake the house boat capital of Canada for nothing.
