Ayuh,... Your link says "Photo not found"...

Propshaft run out is measured at the very End of the shaft, aft of the Nut...

I would measure both locations, you could have a bend right at the spline that may not show measured at the seal location? I don't know for sure if it could happen just err on the safe side.
If you had excessive runout like .020 I'm wondering if a guy could slip something over the splines for protection and whack the shaft with a deablow hammer and bring it back to within spec. Not condoning it but that's the stupid stuff I do sometimes and I learn from my mistakes. I mean a good whack on a rock or something is what bent it in the first place so why not a whack in the opposing direction?

You know that not a bad idea. I couldn't make it any worse. I have a heavy rubber mallet I could use.

I gave it a couple of smacks with a rubber mallet and a 2 lb sledge and doesn't move. If I hit it harder to get it to move I would surely destroy the lower unit.
