Is this the right impeller kit?

My Drive: 1983 140 Mercruiser R /sn-6161770. The impeller kit I have is Mercury 47-89984-T. The box says it'll fit the R drives. But I'm not entirely sure that is what I've got. In addition this impeller appears to have no helicoil, so am i safe in assuming it doesn't matter how it goes in? Thanx in advance.

Yes it's the right kit and Yes the impeller will work either way once the imp takes a set it must be reinstalled in proper rotation
