Is this wiring for Tachometer

It has a purple, black, and white wires. And there is a hole where the tech is supposed to be. I have 125 HP Force 1989 on back. Does iboats have a tech like this?

That looks like the mounting post pattern for most tachs BUT------

You need a 20 pole tach and the only one I know of is sold by Teleflex, 0-8000 red sportster series. I don't know if you could find a stock tach for the boat.

If you can not use the molded plug, the purple wire is tach signal, the black is ground and the white would be power from the "I" terminal on the ignition switch.

That is the right harness plug to fit the standard Force tach. What size is the hole opening that you have in the dash? (3-1/4"?? or?)
