Here she is in all her glory.(I'm on the left, with my wife and son. My father in law is on the right.) It's a 1957 Arkansas Traveler boat, 1954 Johnson Seahorse motor, and not pictured is the 1958 Tee Nee trailer. We took her for her first run in years this past Saturday on Ft. Gibson Lake, Oklahoma. Wow, what a feeling of joy, relief and pride!!!! Thanks goes out to my wife for all the patience and understanding while I spent many many hours, late nights, and some $$$ to get this project completed. Also need to thank my father in law-Roger for all the help and parts. And a big thanks to all you that make up the members on this online forum for your guidance and advice!!! :) When we finally get some sun shine this weekend I will get some pics of the motor, boat and trailer to post up here.
Thanks, phatmanmike. It feels great that I did it all, with some help from my father in law! That picture does not do it justice. You have to see it on the trailer in direct sunlight. I'm so proud I could burst. I can't wait for the sun to finally appear for some good pictures. :)

What a great project. Its terrific to see folks restore them old ladies.

Ya probably should have gone over and ripped the carpets out of that bass boat next to ya in order to throw it on the beach and protect your keel though. *chuckle*

Ed.
