I have aquired an old fiberglass boat. Its just a small lake boat with a trolling motor. The problem is when I use it, I'm itchy from the fiberglass the next day. Whats the best way to reseal the interior? Would resin work? Thanks, Rudy.

Sandpaper, primer, and paint work very well to seal the fiberglass. Even if there are "hairs" sticking out, these will sand smooth. It will also look nicer than just putting resin over the rough glass.

No pics. Its a gheenoe. Its on the deck, not the gunnels, there is a alum rail on the gunnel. I wonder it a roll on bed liner would work?

Mabey you can invest in a gel coat, and make the inside smooth, with a shine.

Rudy,

Check my recent post about Durabak - Round II. I just completed the durabak (roll on bedliner) application on my boat. Just be sure to buy the UV resistant version!!

SQ
