Ice has the potential to rip apart almost anything man can throw at it. The PSI it can exert will rip steel apart.
Luckily, that is only if it is sealed up. Boat compartments aren't really sealed, otherwise there wouldn't be water in there to start with! In all reality unless it was really high there shouldn't be any damage other than starter & alternator maybe.
At this point its anybody's guess. In my opinion I doubt if you'll have a problem. The engine is in good shape. I think the stringers are strong enough to weather, no pun intended, the freeze. You won't know until you thaw it out and take it on the water.
