I am looking at a 60 horse Johnson tiller. They say its a 94. I searched and searched but could not find the model number anywhere. it is...... J60TT2E0C . What is the breakdown to this model number? Thanks

"EO" is a 1995 model

TT=Tiller - Trim & Tilt (Backtroller)

Thanks.....what does the "2" and the "c" stand for?

Are you sure that's a 2?? That's the position for the shaft length. blank=15", L=20", Y=22.5", X=25", Z=30"

The C at the end indicates any changes made during the model year (if any). You would need this if you are ordering parts.

It must be an L instead of a 2. I havent seen the motor yet. He emailed me with the numbers. Does this motor have a seperate oil tank for the vro? I am thinking of buying this motor but the guy lives a couple hundred miles away...trying to find out as much as I can before I decide to go check it out. It apears to be in mint condition from lookin at the pics. He wants $1800 for it. Its a low hour Wisconsin motor. Thanks
