Jack plate on 22' cajun question...

I have a 10'' hydrolic jack plate that was given to me...should I put it on my 22' cajun center console with a 175 Johnson ocean runner?

The only thing that might be a problem is the 10 inch setback, its big, some boats like it some dont.

It might help you, but if you put it on I dont think it can hurt you, so try it.
