That's a J.A.P. engine on the outboard. SeaBee was one of the brands that used that engine, although it may also have been marketed under the J.A.P. brand. J.A.P. was a British manufacturer of engines for many purposes. Parts will not be available in Malta or anywhere else, basically. If you were in England, you might be able to find some used parts for the engine. Look for a different outboard. You will not be happy with that one.
