webb is talking a 5% tax break for those that sign up for military service, the only thing I can give him over allen is he actually did sign up.
however, myself,and most vets posting on this board will tell ya 5% tax break would have ment maybe ten buxs a year.
its very funny that the interviewer has asked both simple yes or no questions and has gotten 3 min dissertations yet no answer. its sad the interviewer allows it.
its one of the sad facts of popular journalism. no one will keep hammering a yes or no question but all seem to accept 3 minutes of blah blah blah as an answer.
