Have a Johnson 2000 BJ25ESSS. Unmounted my carb for cleaning. I noticed that the intake manifold opening was around 38 mm but the matching carb side was only like 32 mm. I noticed that on the BRP site there is a carb assembly for the 30hp variant of my motor with number 0439377 (http://epc.brp.com/Index.aspx?lang=E&s1=7c39fbd9-551c-4c38-9f01-0138ab80dfb9). Does the 0439377 carb have a bigger venturi size that match the intake better and would give me a few extra hp's?
