MY compression check was 125-125 on one side and 115-85 on the other the decarb dident help do you all think that since both cylenders are low on that side thay it would be a better chance of being just a head gasket rather than ring or piston dammage.
IS THE GASKET HART TO GET TO DO YOU JUST REMOVE THE TEN OR SO BOLTS ON BOTH CYLENDERS ON THAT SIDE AND THE GASKET IS UNDER THAT PLATE

Correct, just the larger 10 bolts. You cannot reuse the head gasket, so you will need to have a source for one if there is no damage to the pistons or cylinders.

You might want to photograph the work area before you start so that you can get everything back in the same place.

I'd pull the intake side cover off on the low cyl also, so you may need a new gasket for that also.
