Johnson 115 HP Carburetor

Folks,

Does anyone know the difference between installing a carb kit and buying new carbs? Also does anyone know what new carbs will cost for a 1975 Johnson 115? Thanks for all your help and knowledge.

I'd be surprised if you could find new carbs for a '75 115.

Carb kits will run you between $20 and $30 per carb depending on what and where you get it.

I'd imagine new carbs would run you something like $250 each if you could even find them.


Let me hasten to say, unless your old carbs are damaged in some way just rebuild them with new kits.
