i want to do a rebuild and was wandering what things are recomended besides rings and i am going to put new pistons in it also . maybe a small list of things i should replace while i have it torn down

ok wich manual do i get is there just one that would be on my motor i want a really detailed edition

OEM service manuals are the most informative. They cover just one year of production for power heads of the same CID.<br /><br />Do not order a complet service manual set for 1958 Evinrude. You will get 50 LBS of manuals. That will cover every motor made by OMC for 1958.<br /><br />Order by your model number for your year and HP motor only. You will get one manual only.<br /><br />Good Luck!

can anyone answer my question as to where i can get a manual for 1980 johnson 15 horse model j15rcsd only i dont want a complete manual for different motors , i want to do a complete rebulid
