ok. i bought a 96' hurrican deck boat. it has a 150 johnson ocean runner on it... it ran great the first week. when i took it out last night it started to sputter and idle and when i got on the throttle. when i pump the bulb until it gets hard it runs great. if not it softens and the boat will sound like it is fuel starved. it will run at around 4K rpms. but it takes off then sputter then takes off then sputters all the way in to the marina where i parked it. any thoughts please... anything will help.. im changing the primer bulb and the omc 502905 fuel/ water separator tonight to see if that works... thanks again guys for your help... first boat...lol..
