i have a 1984 johnson 155 model J155WTLCRS.when i got it out of water throttle opens up no problem.when i get it in water sometimes it will but most of the time when i push full throttle i barely goes.and also when warmed up it stalls sometimes when i put it in gear.not sure if its fuel or spark problem.i took the motor cover off at night once and one of the coil packs u could see little sparks coming out of it.
