Johnson 1977 115HP will not start

I could not get it to start and took it to a shop and they rebuilt the Carbs. I've had it out 2 times and it ran fine. Now it won't start. Have spark and gas. When I move #1 piston to TDC it is no where near the alignment mark on the flywheel. Help please!

Agreed, and use a reliable torque wrench to 100-105 Foot Pounds when replacing the flywheel.

Thanks. I broke my flywheel puller trying to get the flywheel off so it does appear that's what happened. I soaking the flywheel and will get another wheel puller and try again.
