Johnson 1979 4HP becoming very very hot

I have a 1979 Johnson 4hp. seahorse. I've just buy it; it runs very well but the problem is when it's running it becoming to be really hot and I burn myself when I touched it. There's just a little water going out of it. Has someone any ideas of what it depends or what to do , I'm really lost. I need your help please"""......
