Johnson 1979 70hp lower compatability

What other years and HP of lowers are compatable<br />with this powerhead? It is a 3 cylinder. They all look alike to me on e-bay.<br />There are many cheap lowers for 4 cyl Johnsons on e-bay, will these fit?

I don't believe a 4 Cyl. unit will fit on a 3 Cyl. Motor. Others may confirm this!
