Johnson 1985 10 Hp manual

I've inherited a Johnson 1985 10 HP outboard. Haven't tried starting it yet because I'm missing the fuel-line. I did get a user guide with it, but it's in the European languages. I'm having difficulty finding it in English. Would the Seloc Repair manual, available here, be a good alternative?

I would not call the SELOC a good alternative to the factory manual, Wilber, but I want more detail than some.
