Johnson 2hp Outboard - Does Anyone Know Waht Year Engine This Is?

Here it is again with some better specific Information:

MOD No - HJ2DRERM
Ser No - H9311105

It has a white cover with a red and black decals on the sides "Johnson 2.0" and it also has an internal tank. I pulled this information right off of the engine, I checked several websites, but cannot seem to cross reference these numbers...I think it may be a mid to later 90's model.

1994..good little motors, I had 2 early 70's Rudes (same thing)..sold one, room in the casket for the other..

It's the ER part of the model number that gives the year E=9 and R=4.
