Thanks rwise..thats right it is waxhoma use to be the city water supply lake/pond..Yeah they said to take one of the bolts completly out so I guess there must be 2.. Is there a gasket that goes back on the plate? I figure there is or it would leak water in the lower unit.So there is 6 bolts that are coming up from the bottom and the one big bolt that is coming down and the 1 bolt that is inside the plate right? After that she is loose as a goose..Is there a place to get the impeller and gaskets around here or do you have to order on-line? Anxious to go fishing here! thanks again Rwise and the all the other for the info...pickupmn

There's no gasket between the midsection and lower unit. There is a gasket under the window but it's not critical so you can reuse it (or cut a new one). You're correct about the bolts. There's actually two bolts in the coupler but you only need to remove one. You'll see what I mean.

You should be able to get most parts at your local NAPA auto parts store. Wall mart has the plugs for about half what every one else gets. And leave one or two fish for me!<br />Richard

Thanks rwise..Will try boat parts to get my parts then..And Wal-Mart for the plugs. No NAPA in Bartlesville but a O-Reilly there. There is one in Owasso though NAPA that is..Will try them.. Oh yeah went trout fishing a Lake Pawhusa yesterday caught my limit(6) in 15 minutes..Again thanks for the info...pickupmn
