Johnson 40 hp on a 17' Tracker - CMC PT35 or PT130

This question is not related to a motor problem so if I have posted this inthe wrong place I apologize. I want to install power tilt and trim on my boat. The switches and wiring are allready there, the previous owner opted not to have it installed when he bought the boat new in 1992. Where can I find a used t/t unit for my 1992 Tracker with a 40 Johnson on it and/or should I buy a CMC unit? Now the important question - If I buy a CMC unit can I get off with utilizing the PT35 which is smaller and only has a 4.5" set back ( but designed for 35 hp and smaller motors ) or do I have to go with the PT 130 which weighs almost twice as much and sets the motor back 6-7". Comments and help appreciated. My 50 yr old back is not real good at lifting this motor.

I have a pt130 and it is only a 5 1/2" set back.
If you are looking for a used unit, I only used mine for the first part of this last season, might be willing to part with it.
