Johnson 40 Prop Size

I just bought a basstracker pro v 16 with a johnson tracker 40 hp motor. The prop is a 11 3/4 x 17. Is the right prop for this motor? The motor is a 1990 model.

i would ask what is the tach saying at wide open?

Tach reads around 4400 rpm
