Johnson 48 spl fuse location

I have a 95 48 spl and I was working on it without disconnecting the battery. I accidentally touched a small power wire to a small ground and shorted everything out. When I go to turn the key or press in the primer solenoid, I don't get anything. No cranking, no sound from the primer solenoid or starting solenoid. Is there a fuse that would stop the ignition switch from working? I can't find one.

Yes there is a fuse in the wiring harness.----Look for it near the solenoid.----A 20 amp about 5/8" long.
