hi i have a Belgium made, Johnson 4hp, ropestart, no integral tank, longshaft, made in 1990 the model no is bj4brhlesr can anyone tell me if it is water cooled or air cooled any help would be great many thanks

It's water cooled. Infact all Johnson/Evinrudes I have seen are water cooled.
