That was a very good engine in 1975; way ahead of the industry in engineering and technology.<br /><br />Now: That was almost 30 years ago. What has happened to it in that time makes a lot more difference than what it was new.<br /><br />Need more info about your engine to make specific recommendations.<br /><br />Good luck.
Thanks JB!<br /><br />The serial# is 50ESL75B<br /><br />Fixed the neutral safety switch located in the Johnson Command Center yesterday because the engine was dead. Now it runs very fine, a bit hard to start maybe.
