Johnson 50 only running on one cyclinder

I have a 98 johnson50 it only running on one cyclinder done went threw carbs twice all passages r clean and free of trash,reed valves ok and has fire on both cyclinders and compression was 130 both cyclinders what else can it be any ideas number 1 is the one giving me trouble

It has to be something with the carb.... If you got spark, and compression. Has to be in the carb.

checked carb a 3rd time found nothingin carb.srayed carb cleaner threw every passage and seen whered it came out at could timing play a part in that but not sure how to set.
