Johnson 60hp miss fire on middle cylinder

I have a 1999 Johnson 60hp with jet leg that I plugged off and it over heated for short time and now has a miss fire on middle cylinder top and bottom plug clean middle a brown colour but not wet if I pull middle plug wire off it runs smoother and only affects it by 2 mph if I pull 1 of the other wires engine barley runs I have checked
-carbs
-vro pump
- fuel primer Solenoid
- reeds
- plugs/wires
- swapped coil with another hole
- new power pack
- water pump impeller
Help please!!!

Sorry yes 125psi across all 3 cylinders wide open throttle even ran camera in cylinder

Check to be sure it's no longer overheating (infrared tester is nice to have).
I would replace the head gasket after resurfacing the head (piece of glass and wet/dry sandpaper until equal shine all around).
