Might see a slight change in load-moving capability (.ie if you have a buddy or two aboard) but not likely to see much difference in top-end speed...

With careful weight elimination and distribution a healthy 6 hp is capable of about 12-14 mph.
Being a 14 and a flat bottom it should plane easier than say a 10 or 12 footer especially with a load.
Unfortunately jon boats usually have 4 or 5 keels these may hold you back a little.
When by yourself a tiller extension will let you get to the middle seat so it planes easier.
We had a flat bottom steel boat with a 5 hp Gale that popped on plane with a 180 pounder on the middle seat.
No recorded speed but it surely was close to the 5 hp rated 12 mph.
I think your motors actual leg length is about 17" so you may be able to raise it 2" or more to help reduce drag.
Usually you can just lay a stick on top of the transom till you tighten the clamps. Just be sure they have a good grip.
Be sure the carb is opening all the way and the stator advances as it should.

Ok so y'all think I would be better off with a 3 blade then a 2 because I always got people with me frogging at night in the swamps of Louisiana just my question will it slow me down if I put a 3 blade

Assuming the pitch is correct the larger blade area should push a load better.
The diameter and pitch may be slightly less than the 2 blade.
