I have a Johnson 88 SPL, and the ID tag is toast. I have pictures of the powerhead and the cowling.
Any help with identification is appreciated.
I did a cold compression test. The results are not good. It runs, but not well,l and the lower unit seems OK. Is it worth salvaging? I burned 6 gallons of fuel over a 3-hour excursion.
