JOHNSON EVINRUDE 7.5 SAILMASTER 1983 WATER TUBE GROMMET QUESTION

Can anyone provide me with the part number for the grommet at the top of the water tube up near the powerhead? It looks like # 69 on the parts breakdown picture but when I looked at a picture of the part it looks like it is not a complete circle? Is there also a seal for the powerhead in regard to this water tube or is the seal only the one at the top of the water tube? Model number of my outboard is E8SRLCTA

The grommet itself is # 75 ( part number 0324045)

#69 is the retainer ( part number 0324604)

but check the part numbers for yourself in the parts catalog
